We always provide you with tracking information so that you can follow your package as soon as it's been dispatched. The packages are shipped with insured delivery, and a signature will be required upon delivery. This ensures that the product(s) reach the right owner. We dispatch packages within 1-4 days (typically 1-2 days) from the day the order is placed.

USA: 4-12 days

Returns Policy
Returns of an order can be made within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are returned in the same condition and with all original accessories with which they were sold.

Possible Additional Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Any additional import taxes and duties applied are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship all our products from the EU, and export duties, fees, or taxes might be added to our products when exporting. Please consult your local government to determine the extent to which additional fees might occur. These additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by your country.
