We always provide you with tracking information so that you can follow your package as soon as it's been dispatched. The packages are shipped with insured delivery, and a signature will be required upon delivery. This ensures that the product(s) reach the right owner. We dispatch packages within 1-4 days (typically 1-2 days) from the day the order is placed.

The delivery time may vary depending on your location, normally our delivery times are as follows:
Europe: 1-4 days
United Kingdom: 3-7 days
USA: 4-12 days

By default, we use UPS, GLS, and PostNord depending on the destination to which the product is to be delivered. If you have any preferences for couriers or need express delivery, feel free to contact us, and we will find a suitable solution.

Returns Policy
Returns of an order can be made within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are returned in the same condition and with all original accessories with which they were sold.

We ship all our products from the EU, and export duties, fees, or taxes might be added to our products when exporting.
